We are looking for ERP Support Consultant to join our high caliber team.

Your Role

  • Deliver exceptional business and technical support to customers and partners, ensuring smooth experiences
  • Monitor and resolve software-related issues, maintaining optimal performance and reliability
  • Empower users through tailored advice and comprehensive training on software usage
  • Collaborate effectively with consultants and development teams
  • Master Entersoft’s cutting-edge software products and solutions, becoming a trusted expert across the full product range

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration,Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related studies
  • Hands on experience with ERP, CRM or other software
  • Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
