We are looking for a 3rd Level Support Technician to join our high caliber team.

Your contribution to the success of the team:

  • Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, offering effective solutions

  • Advise and train users on proper software use

  • Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams to improve products and processes

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server

  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other business software is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality service
