We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Consultant (EDI) to join our dynamic and high-caliber team in Athens.

Your Role

  • Support the analysis, setup, and basic configuration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients, with guidance from senior team members
  • Assist in monitoring EDI processes and identifying issues in data exchange flows
  • Handle client requests and incidents via phone, email, and remote access
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
  • Participate in testing and validation of EDI messages and integrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of services

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree from a University/Technological Educational Institute (AEI/TEI/IEK) in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
  • Basic understanding of IT systems or business applications
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g. simple queries, data retrieval, basic troubleshooting)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in EDI and business process integration
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of English
