We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Consultant (EDI) to join our dynamic and high-caliber team in Athens.
Your Role
- Support the analysis, setup, and basic configuration of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to clients, with guidance from senior team members
- Assist in monitoring EDI processes and identifying issues in data exchange flows
- Handle client requests and incidents via phone, email, and remote access
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex cases when needed
- Participate in testing and validation of EDI messages and integrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of services
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Degree from a University/Technological Educational Institute (AEI/TEI/IEK) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
- Basic understanding of IT systems or business applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL (e.g. simple queries, data retrieval, basic troubleshooting)
- Willingness to learn and grow in EDI and business process integration
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of English
