We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our high caliber team.
Your Role
- Participate in end-to-end implementation of CRM & Mobile solutions.
- Analyze needs, gather requirements, and define best practices
- Configure and test solutions based on each client’s business workflows
- Train end users and provide post-go-live support
- Create documentation and manuals, and manage change requests
- Maintain continuous communication with clients, presales, and technical teams
- Play an active role in workshops, reviews, and optimization of configurations
Your Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Very good knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server – essential)
- Ability to analyze business needs and processes
- Excellent command of Greek & English
- Team spirit, analytical thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
Nice to have
- Good knowledge or experience in CRM, ERP, or mobile apps (preferred)
- Experience in software implementations or B2B customer support.
