A Used Cars Sales Consultant to join our Hall of Stars team and contribute to the growth and performance of our Used Cars business.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving used vehicle sales performance, ensuring premium vehicle presentation, supporting stock turnover, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams, leasing companies, financing partners, and customers to support efficient sales operations and maximize business results.

🌟 Your Role

As a Used Cars Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

Sales Performance & Customer Experience

• Drive used vehicle sales to end customers, while contributing to monthly volume, revenue, and gross profit targets.
• Support the customer journey from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a smooth, professional, and premium sales experience.
• Coordinate used vehicle loan issuance through financing partners, including Santander and Eurobank, to support successful sales closure.

Stock, Delivery & Market Coordination

• Schedule and manage vehicle sales, preparation, and repairs to optimize stock turnover and delivery times.
• Maintain a detailed market overview, including pricing, models, and equipment, to support competitive positioning and margin optimization.
• Monitor stock quality and support buyback procedures, ensuring vehicles meet the required standards before resale.

Vehicle Condition & Partner Management

• Manage damage cost negotiations and agreements with Leasing Companies, aiming to reduce loss and maximize resale value.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely preparation, repair, delivery, and invoicing processes.

Online Presence & Showroom Standards

• Ensure accurate and attractive vehicle listings across digital platforms, optimizing online visibility and increasing qualified customer inquiries.
• Maintain the visual exposure and presentation of used vehicles in the Hall of Stars, aligned with brand and quality standards.
• Support appearance and compliance audits to ensure showroom and vehicle presentation standards are consistently met.

Reporting & Operational Support

• Track traffic, orders, and sales activity in the company’s sales systems, providing insights to improve team performance and stock management.
• Support StarRent operations, including card payments, vehicle delivery, damage inspections, and invoicing.

✅ What You Bring

• University degree or equivalent academic background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills.
• Confidence working with digital systems and sales reporting tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage operational tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
