As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you’ll support key sales and marketing activities, develop your business acumen, and contribute to growing the visibility and performance of our brand in the Greek market.

The Sales & Marketing Trainee will support the Country Head and the commercial team in daily operations related to sales analysis, marketing coordination, dealer network support, and new model launches.

The role offers hands-on exposure to strategic and operational aspects of the automotive business

Key responsibilities:

• Support sales data analysis and preparation of monthly performance reports
• Assist in monitoring dealer performance and sales targets tracking
• Support market research activities, including competitor analysis and segment monitoring
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing campaigns and product launches
• Support communication with dealers regarding sales programs and promotional activities
• Assist in the coordination of ordering and delivery tracking processes
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for HQ and internal meetings
• Support fleet and corporate sales projects documentation (under supervision)
• Assist in maintaining marketing materials and ensuring brand consistency across channel

If you have the following qualifications, then this position seems suitable for you:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
• Strong interest in automotive business and commercial strategy
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
