Role Overview

The QA / V&V Engineer will ensure that the satellite subsystems meet the required performance and quality standards throughout the Satellite Program. The role covers verification planning, validation procedures, compliance documentation, and participation in the CDR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Verification & Validation plans for satellite subsystems.
  • Ensure compliance with mission requirements and engineering standards.
  • Perform documentation reviews, test readiness checks, and compliance mapping.
  • Support interface verification across mechanical, electrical, thermal, and software domains.
  • Prepare QA deliverables for CDR and ensure traceability across the lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar).
  • At least 5 years experience with complex multi‑interface systems.
  • Experience in QA, testing, validation, or satellite/complex systems verification.
  • Strong knowledge of V‑model processes and industry‑grade verification frameworks.
