EFA Group is currently looking for skilled RF Engineer responsible for the design, development, and validation of RF and microwave circuits. This role requires deep technical expertise in RF system architecture, component-level design, and performance optimization under harsh environmental conditions. The engineer will also support cross-functional projects across the corporate group, contributing to initiatives involving radio systems, radars, and UAVs.

Responsibilities

  • Design RF and microwave circuits at PCB and transistor level for Electronic Warfare systems.
  • Select architectures and components for transmitter and receiver chains (from DAC to antenna output and from antenna input to ADC).
  • Develop and validate RF subsystems tested in harsh environments (extreme temperatures, vibration, and shock).
  • Support the design and implementation of radio systems and missile data links.
  • Collaborate with other companies in the group to provide expertise in RF System Design, Antennas, and Wave Propagation.
  • Participate in discussions on antenna selection, placement, and electromagnetic wave propagation.
  • Utilize specialized software tools for RF Circuit Design, Antenna Simulation, and Wave Propagation Analysis.
  • Produce technical documentation and support TDP generation.
  • Train production personnel and assist in RF system debugging.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in RF and microwave circuit design.
  • Proficiency in designing RF systems for harsh environments.
  • Strong knowledge of transmitter and receiver chain design.
  • Familiarity with simulation and analysis tools for RF, antennas, and wave propagation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
