 EFA Group is currently looking for a skilled Business Development Manager (EW), passionate about their field of work.

Job Overview

The Business Development Manager (EW) is responsible for identifying, shaping, and securing business opportunities within the Electronic Warfare market. The role requires strong knowledge of defense acquisition processes, customer requirements, and EW technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Market Development

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor defense procurement programs and EW modernization initiatives.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends.

 

Customer Engagement

  • Build relationships with military end-users, procurement agencies and prime contractors.
  • Gather customer requirements and operational needs.
  • Promote EW products and solutions.

 

Opportunity & Capture Management

  • Lead the capture process from opportunity identification through contract award.
  • Develop win strategies and account plans.
  • Coordinate proposals with engineering, finance and program teams.

 

Partnerships

  • Establish strategic partnerships and teaming agreements.
  • Support industrial cooperation initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in defense business development.
  • Knowledge of EW, C4ISR, SIGINT, Radar or related technologies.
  • Understanding of NATO and international defense procurement processes.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required by business needs and spend over 65% on the road.
