Talent Acquisition Specialist – Donkey Hotels

 Key Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all hotels and corporate functions.
  • Partner with department heads to assess workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Design and post compelling job advertisements that align with brand identity and tone.
  • Conduct resume screenings, interviews and facilitate final candidate selection with hiring managers.
  • Plan and coordinate interview stages, including screening calls and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role’s requirements.

 

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:

  • Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, hospitality networks, referrals and recruitment events.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future openings.
  • Organize and attend job fairs, career events and university/college internship programs.
  • Monitor and update applicant data and candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System.

 

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards to provide insights to HR leadership.
  • Forecast annual hiring needs by department in collaboration with management.

 

HR Support & Collaboration:

  • Oversee and support the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Assist in other HR activities, including training coordination, employee engagement, and general HR administration.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws (Ergani) and internal hiring standards.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience in talent acquisition or HR Generalist roles, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, a Master’s degree in HR will be considered as an asset.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Smart CV/Worklife Recruit and MS Office.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Strong understanding of organizational roles and respective requirements.
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive, “can-do” attitude. 
  • Exceptional time-management skills, flexibility and attention to detail.
