Groom - InterContinental Athens

The Groom stores and delivers to and from rooms guest luggage, ensuring guests receive a high level of personalized service.

Key responsibilities:

• To be present at the entrance or in the lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
• Handles support equipment properly.
• Greets all guests in a pleasant courteous and polite manner.
• Is aware of all policies and procedures related to Health, Hygiene & Fire Life Safety.
• Performing other related tasks based on the hotel's needs.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years previous experience as a Bell Boy /Groom in 4* or 5* hotel.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts (evening and night shifts), including weekends and holidays.
• Driving licence category B
