Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
· Answering guest questions and resolving problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction.
· Communication and cooperation with other hotel departments to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
· Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
· Provide information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
· Performing other related front desk agent duties as required by the hotel.
The ideal candidate should be:
· Friendly and have a polite personality.
· Able to multi-task and use initiative, focusing on guest needs.
· With excellent communication skills.
· Detail oriented.
Requirements:
· Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism.
· Fluency in English and Greek conversation, reading and writing. Knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated.
· Previous hotel experience in similar position.
· Flexibility in working night shifts.
· Computer Literacy – Knowledge of OPERA or Fidelio.
