We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the Housekeeping department and oversee day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of quality, managing staff, and handling customer inquiries and complaints, all in accordance with established company standards and checklists.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee room cleaning and maintenance procedures, ensuring adherence to hotel hygiene and cleanliness standards across all guest and public areas.

·         Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained and shortages are avoided.

·         Effective scheduling and coordination of housekeeping staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal coverage.

·         Training and development of new team members, fostering their skills to maintain high performance standards and service quality.

·         Undertaking additional related duties as required to support the overall needs and smooth functioning of the hotel.

·         Perform any other related duties, as required by the hotel.

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star or luxury hotel.

·         Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

·         Strong understanding of health, hygiene, and safety protocols.

·         Excellent knowledge of cleaning practices and standards.

·         Proficiency in Greek and English.

·         Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to interact courteously with guests when needed.
