We are seeking an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie - Banquet Hot Kitchen with a strong work ethic, motivation, and a desire to learn. Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook hot dishes according to banquet menus, event specifications, and hotel standards.
· Ensure your station is clean, organized, and stocked for smooth service.
· Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations meticulously.
· Support efficient kitchen operations during busy service hours.
· Help manage ingredient preparation and inventory control.
· Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality food for banquets, conferences, and other events.
· Assist with the preparation, production, and timely execution of large-volume banquet functions while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
· Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Kitchen department.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a Banquet Hot Kitchen, high-volume hotel kitchen or similar kitchen environment preferred.
· Graduate of a Culinary School.
· Knowledge of hot food preparation, large-scale food production, and banquet operations is considered an asset.
· Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
· A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude.
