Job Fit- Responsibilities

  • Proactively address guest service needs, ensuring warm greetings and farewells, and effectively anticipate and fulfill guest requests.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, while supporting and maintaining positive relationships with co-workers.
  • Comply with quality standards and perform physical tasks necessary for the role.
  • Keep work areas clean, set tables to standards and ensure the cleanliness of beverage carts.
  • Handle closing duties and cash transactions securely and efficiently.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Must Have:

  • Knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • English language efficiency.

Nice to Have:    

  • Hospitality or service industry training.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Previous experience in a waiter role in a 5* hotel / resort.
  • Additional language efficiency.
