As a Restaurant Manager, you are entrusted with overseeing the service staff to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your role encompasses managing the service team, training new staff, maintaining service standards, and collaborating with various departments to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.

Job Fit- Responsibilities

  • Oversee restaurant operations, maintaining high quality service and cleanliness standards.Provide exceptional, personalized guest services and handle complaints effectively.
  • Guide staff in performance and training, focusing on employee retention and improvement.
  • Develop strong teamwork within the team.
  • Manage reservations & financial responsibilities.
  • Comply with food safety regulations.
  • Step in for the Maître D’ Hotel as needed, ensuring consistent service quality.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Must-Have

  • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Experience in managing financial aspects, including cash handling and end-of-day reports.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice-to-Have

  • Certification in food safety or related areas.
  • Training or coursework in wine/olive expertise.
  • Experience in sustainable practices in the food and beverage industry.
