IT Support Representative (English Speaking)

As an IT Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the front-end and back-end system management. You will ensure the stability, performance, and availability of critical IT systems through proactive monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor the systems for performance, stability, and availability
  • Respond swiftly to alarms with defined KPIs and follow the outlined escalation procedures when necessary
  • Perform first-level analysis and implement countermeasures to resolve incidents
  • Work closely with the Client's IT Operations team to ensure seamless communication during incidents and escalate issues promptly as needed
  • Manage the de-escalation process and ensure that the incident is documented for future review

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of cloud systems (preferably AWS) and experience in SQL database analysis is highly desirable
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • The working language will be English, and proficiency is required
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Availability for 24/7 shift work, including nights and weekends
