We’re hiring: Functional Application Support Engineer

Are you interested in application support, data flows, and solving real operational challenges?
We’re looking for a Functional Application Support Engineer to join our team and support critical systems used across the organization.

 What you’ll be doing

• Supporting and maintaining ETL processes that update production databases
• Investigating and resolving issues related to data updates and application functionality
• Ensuring compliance with defined procedures and operational standards
• Handling support, improvement, and restoration requests from business teams
• Monitoring open requests on a daily basis and collaborating closely with your team

What we’re looking for

You’re a good fit if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT or another relevant technical field
• Have basic knowledge of database technologies
• Have a very good command of English (B2 level with certification)
• Are comfortable working morning and afternoon shifts
• Have good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Are familiar with ETL processes, ideally using SSIS
• Have a Basic understanding of HTML5, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, C#
