We are looking for a Project Engineer to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across first mile, linehaul, and last mile logistics operations. The role combines data analysis, field observation, process engineering, and project coordination, ensuring operational improvements enhance productivity while safeguarding service levels and customer experience. The Project Engineer will work closely with logistics teams across multiple countries to design, test, and roll out scalable operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency across first and last mile delivery operations.
• Perform desktop-based (reports, datasets, KPIs) and field-based analysis  (warehouse observations, route rides, locker delivery monitoring).
• Ensure efficiency improvements maintain or enhance SLA performance.
• Maintain and update “What to Pay” (W2P) cost models.
• Map and document existing sorting workflows and operational processes.
• Recommend new operating methods to improve productivity and throughput, ensuring improvements reduce losses and damages while protecting SLAs.
• Produce operational documentation and training materials.
• Analyze linehaul performance and identify efficiency opportunities (e.g., parcels per cage, parcels per route).
• Recommend optimized linehaul network setups aligned with volume trends.
• Support continuous improvement of inter-depot transportation efficiency.
• Act as Project Coordinator for logistics infrastructure initiatives, including sorter implementations and rollouts
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Support cross-functional alignment between operations, engineering, and management teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable operational insights.
• Collaborate with Logistics Managers and operational teams across multiple countries.
• Support international rollout of operational best practices and process improvements. 
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and standardization across markets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, operations engineering, or continuous improvement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of routing optimization concepts (VRP, TSP, network optimization).
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into practical solutions.
• Willingness to conduct field observations and operational audits.

Skills & Competencies
