BOX NOW is transforming last-mile delivery in Greece with our network of smart parcel lockers and digital platform. We’re seeking a seasoned Senior Procurement Specialist to drive sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships for both goods and services. You will partner closely with all internal teams to align procurement activities with our growth targets and customer-centric service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RFPs/RFQs, negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLA’s and volume discounts to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
• Identify, onboard, and evaluate suppliers against performance KPIs (quality, delivery, compliance).
• Maintain a supplier scorecard and conduct regular business reviews.
• Draft, review and manage procurement contracts, NDAs, and service agreements in coordination with Legal/Finance.
• Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, signed, and stored.
• Monitor spend across categories, generate monthly reports on savings, cost avoidance, and budget adherence.
• Proactively identify supply-chain risks (single-source dependencies, lead-time volatility) and propose mitigation plans.
• Partner with Finance to track accruals, resolve invoice discrepancies, and support month-end close.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining procurement workflows and automating repetitive tasks.
• Lead special projects such as supplier consolidation, sustainability initiatives, or new market launches.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, ideally in tech-enabled operations.
• Proven track record of negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with spend analysis tools and Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (Soft1, Epsilon Net, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Greek and English.
• High attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous-improvement mindset.
