Junior Accountant

As we continue expanding, we are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team, with a primary focus on invoicing and billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

·       Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time

·       Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices

·       Assist in the reconciliation of client accounts and bank statements

·       Maintain proper records of invoicing, receipts, and relevant documents

·       Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies

·       Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

·       Assist in VAT and other tax filings in cooperation with the senior accountant

·       Ensure compliance with Greek accounting regulations and company policies

·      Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

·       0–2 years of accounting or invoicing experience

·       Basic knowledge of Greek GAAP and tax regulations is a plus

·       Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Epsilon Net – desirable)

·       Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·       Good command of English and Greek (written and verbal)

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·       Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
