Job Fit- Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high culinary standards.
  • Execute food preparation tasks following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to maintain adequate stock.
  • Supervise and manage employees, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback.
  • Ensure strict compliance with food & beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and staff professional development while ensuring health and safety regulations are met.


  • Culinary degree.
  • Proven experience as a Cook A or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.


  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Experience with cost control and budget management.
  • Knowledge of multiple cuisines.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices.
