Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of IT systems and applications to proactively address issues.
- Manage incidents and problems in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
- Oversee batch processes, job schedules, and system logs to identify trends and solve issues.
- Handle business parameterization/configuration of banking solutions through interfaces such as SQL/shell scripts.
- Define and document IT operations procedures to support knowledge sharing.
- Manage infrastructure/software changes & releases with technical teams.
- Maintain IT asset management, configuration repositories, and monitoring systems.
- Assess infrastructure and processes to propose improvements for efficiency.
- Provide timely technical support to end-users.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in IT Operations with experience managing production workloads.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure workloads.
- Strong skills in incident/problem management and batch processing tools.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents outside business hours.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
