attica department stores is currently in search of an experienced Cosmetics Division Team Leader for attica brands (such as Laura Mercier, Diptyque, Acqua di Parma, Byredo, Maison Francis Kurkdjian) at our store located in Golden Hall.

Role Purpose: The Cosmetics Division Team Leader oversees daily operations, drives sales growth, manages staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. The position holden will lead the beauty team, optimize inventory, and elevate store performance and customer satisfaction.

Key accountabilities:

• Develops staff (beauty advisors/artists) to provide expert consultations and high-end service.
• Motivates the team to achieve sales targetsProvides high-level customer service by assisting in the selection of appropriate products, offering beauty advice using specialized sales techniques.
• Guides and trains the beauty advisors team to improve their skills and achieve sales targets.
• Monitors monthly targets, analyzes performance, and implements corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinates the team’s monthly work schedule, considering both store needs and employee requirements.
• Monitors inventory to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Relevant Studies (Aesthetics, Cosmetology etc.).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the cosmetics industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in successfully leading and managing a team.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on organization and goal achievement.
• Team-oriented mindset, adaptability, customer-centric approach, and a strong sense of responsibility.
