attica department store is currently in search of a an experienced Floor Manager to contribute to the growth of our department store at City Link in the heart of Athens.

Role Purpose: This role reports to and cooperates with the Department Store Manager to achieveinventory and personnel management, exemplary customer service and the proper functioning of the floor.
Key accountabilities:
Inventory Management;
- Regular check on the products stock.
- Order of the products in shortage.
- Market research and alignment with the store manager about competition, market trends or discounts.
- Sales Reporting (including insights about the demand to assure the effective supply of the floor)
People Management;
- Employee shifts scheduling in compliance with the operating regulations of the store.
- Monitoring and evaluation of all attica employees as well as the staff that is under the accountability of the supplier companies.
- Provision of employee feedback (performance, points of concern) to the store manager and suppliers.
Policies Implementation/ Complaints Resolution;
- Identification and prevention of any matters related to Customer Service.
- Point of Contact regarding any customer complaints and proper assistance.
- Ensuring of the smooth cooperation among employees of different corners aiming to achieve a high quality of customer service to clients at all times.
Floor Operations Supervision;
- Implementation of the necessary operating policies in compliance with the respective health and safety regulation.
- Ensuring of the implementation of advertising actions in agreement with the suppliers.
- Proactive management of occasional changes (inventory, discounts, festive seasons).
- Close communication with the store manager about all the above-mentioned.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 4 years of working experience in the Fashion industry.
- Experience in people management.
- Customer centric and problem – solving personality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Numerical capability.
- Flexibility to work according to a retail schedule.
- Excellent English skills (oral and written).
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
