attica department stores is currently in search of an experienced and talented Talent Acquisition Specialist for our HR team at the central offices in Athens.

Role Purpose: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across both corporate office and retail store functions, supporting the continued growth of a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for office and retail store positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
- Conduct CV screening and initial candidate evaluations aligned with role requirements.
- Coordinate and support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback collection.
- Create, post, and manage job ads across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Participate in and represent the company in career fairs and recruitment events.
- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports and KPIs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with HR team members on broader initiatives including CSR activities, employee engagement, and wellbeing programs.
Skills Required:
- 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment roles.
- Proven experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within retail or multi-site organizations.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
- Familiarity with recruitment KPIs and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience in using ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally within HR.
- Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
