attica department stores is currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join our Wholesale - Cosmetics Department for our central offices in Athens.

With the flagship store housed in City Link, an historical building near Syntagma Square in the center of Athens, and one more store in Maroussi (northern suburbs of Athens), as well as two in Thessaloniki (one at Tsimiski street in the center of the city and one within the Mediterranean Cosmos Shopping Center), attica offers complete sections of women’s, men’s and children’s fashionwear, footwear, beauty and accessories, along with a wide range of excellent, personalized services.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor stock arrival and coordinate order prioritization with the warehouse team.
  • Create and maintain required order documents such as purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Create and update product master data (invmf), including pricing, product status (e.g., discontinued SKUs), and SKU attributes.
  • Maintain and regularly update the SKU database to reflect accurate product and pricing information.
  • Upload and manage purchase orders as well as sales orders for internal department stores and external clients in SAP.
  • Act as the liaison between the marketing team and the warehouse to ensure timely order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with logistics to address delays, shortages, or special delivery requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales-related data in systems.
  • Support order tracking, invoicing, and customer inquiries.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Team spirit.
