About the Location:
Tinos Beach Hotel is located on the sandy beach of Kionia, 2.6 km west of Tinos Port. The property is currently undergoing comprehensive renovation.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate is responsible for organizing, supervising, and ensuring the efficient operation of the Housekeeping Department of Tinos Beach Hotel, aiming to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetics in guest rooms and public areas. The candidate ensures superior guest experience aligned with the company’s quality standards and established operating procedures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise all housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and manage work schedules and shift plans for optimal coverage.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, order, and proper upkeep in guest rooms, public areas, and service facilities.
• Implement and monitor hotel cleanliness and hygiene protocols consistently.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and consumables; place orders as needed.
• Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping personnel to ensure performance excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with Front Office, Maintenance, and Administration teams to deliver seamless guest service.
• Oversee and manage lost and found procedures.
• Conduct inspections of rooms after departures and prior to guest arrivals.
• Report and document technical issues promptly to the appropriate department.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies on safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel, ideally in a seasonal environment.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Solid working knowledge of Opera PMS or similar property management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interdepartmental collaboration capabilities.
• Attention to detail combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Professional demeanor, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
