About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic eCommerce Expert to own and scale our digital revenue channels.
This role has end-to-end accountability for the performance of our websites and mobile app, with a strong focus on commercial results, customer journeys, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & User Experience (UX):
- Streamline the entire e-commerce funnel, from lead generation to conversion and customer retention.
- Stay Updated on CRO Trends, continuously research best practices, tools, and emerging techniques in CRO and UX.
- Identify drop-off points, friction areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Implementing A/B testing and other CRO tactics to improve the user booking journey, website & app usability and overall customer experience that will increase sales.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitoring and analyzing website and app performance, using tools like Google Analytics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, CTR, engagement metrics and reporting insights to inform strategy.
Digital Marketing:
- Developing and executing SEO and SEM/PPC marketing campaigns, to maximize traffic and drive sales.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch online campaigns and promotions.
Content Creation & Optimization:
- Writing compelling, keyword-optimized product descriptions and website copy and managing digital assets to enhance discoverability and conversion rates.
UI Design Consistency & Branding
- Ensure that the interface adheres to brand guidelines (colors, typography, icons) to maintain consistency and a professional appearance.
Responsive & Mobile-First Design
- Verify that the UI is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices, ensuring a seamless experience across all screen sizes.
UI Accessibility
- Apply best practices for accessibility so that the website/app is inclusive and user-friendly for individuals with disabilities.
Visual Hierarchy & Navigation
- Enhance the structure and visual hierarchy to enable easy navigation and quick completion of bookings.
UI Testing & Feedback
- Collaborate with UX teams to conduct A/B testing on UI elements (e.g., button colors, call-to-action placement) and evaluate results to improve conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce with a proven record of driving online revenue.
Bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, and UX optimization.
Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent knowledge of SEO & SEM digital marketing channels.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Ability to transition a project from theoretical planning to implementation.
Effectively engages with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts and deliver results.
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
