About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Supervisor is responsible for managing and optimizing the Group’s digital presence across all brands, ensuring the effective execution of digital marketing initiatives, a seamless user experience across digital channels, and the achievement of business objectives.

The role combines performance marketing, website and social media management, SEO/GEO optimization, mobile application support, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance digital performance, strengthen brand visibility, and support the Group’s commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, social media, and Display channels, with a focus on maximizing conversions and ROI.
  • Manage the overall functionality, design, content, user experience (UX), and performance of the corporate websites across all Group brands.
  • Monitor and coordinate the implementation of SEO and GEO optimization initiatives, in collaboration with the E-commerce team, to improve organic traffic and digital performance.
  • Contribute to the management and continuous enhancement of the Seamore mobile application through content updates, landing page creation, and related digital initiatives.Manage and monitor corporate social media accounts across all Group brands.
  • Track digital channel performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for new digital platforms, features, and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, IT, CX, Legal, and Commercial, as well as external partners, to ensure the successful delivery of digital projects and campaigns.
  • Ensure a consistent brand identity and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns, product launches, and communication initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to improve digital performance and customer engagement.

 

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

  • More than 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience in website management and Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Good knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Experience in managing corporate social media accounts.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Very good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Experience within the tourism, hospitality, transportation, or e-commerce sectors will be considered an asset.
