About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be keen to develop a career in Internal Audit, gaining exposure to governance, risk, and compliance within a complex Group environment, while building strong analytical skills and contributing to a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits in line with the approved annual audit plan;
  • Ensure implementation of Group policies and procedures;
  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures and provide documented conclusions and recommendations;
  • Prepare clear, well-documented audit reports with actionable recommendations;
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations;

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Internal Audit;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field;
  • A Master’s degree and/or a professional certification (e.g., CIA) in progress will be considered an asset;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
  • High level of professional ethics, including objectivity, confidentiality, and integrity;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment;
  • Ability to travel for business purposes, as required.
