About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have as its main objective the development and strengthening of the digital marketplace through the engagement and activation of both major (key) and small and medium enterprise partners, who will complement and enrich the overall offering to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and managing the Attica Group Marketplace;
Identifying, approaching, and developing new strategic partnerships;
Managing the partner onboarding process and monitoring technical and commercial integrations;
Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders;
Collaborating with relevant teams on production and product promotion initiatives;
Contributing to the formulation and implementation of B2B marketing initiatives;
Developing plans and campaigns for partner sourcing and activation;
Creating new ancillary services;
Managing, negotiating, and implementing commercial agreements;
Creating bundled packages and promotional plans in collaboration with other departments and partners;
Utilizing a hyper-personalized journey orchestration infrastructure;
Leading the meaningful integration of products and services into customer journeys;
Monitoring commercial and operational KPIs;
Collaborating with onshore customer service teams and onboard ship teams regarding physical implementation;
Incorporating different customer segments and typologies into solution design;
Planning all actions with a cost-benefit mindset and monitors effectiveness;
Overseeing the creation of detailed performance reports, dashboards, and related management presentations.

Contributing to business and project planning processes
Participating in digital transformation initiatives
Delivering training sessions to internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
3+ years of experience in marketplace management, commercial business development, or similar roles;
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing strategy and execution;
Proven experience in contract management and commercial negotiations;
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and partnership-driven business models;
Experience working with performance data and reporting tools (Power BI exposure required).
