At Artion Group, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and contribute to the execution of digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
This role is designed for a junior professional who is looking to build a strong foundation in digital marketing through hands-on experience in social media, website content management, SEO, and content optimization.
Role Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Associate will support the team across a variety of digital marketing functions, including:
- Plan, structure and execute social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
- Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent B2B brand tone of voice
- Upload and manage website content (blog articles, landing pages)
- Structure content with proper headings, visuals, links, and SEO elements
- Improve website usability, layout, and user experience
- Apply basic on-page SEO and support keyword research and optimization
- Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics
- Support day-to-day marketing coordination across projects
- Ensure consistency across all marketing materials
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Familiarity with content management systems, preferably WordPress
- Understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn in a B2B context
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills
- High attention to detail and quality of execution
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
