As an Assistant Front Office Manager you will…

·       Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations

·       Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and timely completion

·       Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

·       Ensure adherence to all hotel policies and procedures, as well as all local and national regulations

·       Supervise and manage employees

·       Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence

·       Assist with any other duties as required by the line manager or another member of the management team

·       Support handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others

·       Interact with customers on a regular basis throughout the property to obtain feedback on quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction

·       Cooperate with other hotel departments to make sure the work is planned and organized efficiently

·       Perform Front Desk/Guest Relations/Guest Services/Butler duties in high demand times

·       Be in charge of Front Office in absence of Front Office Manager

Entry Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

·       Minimum of 3 years of front office experience in a luxury hotel environment

·       Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

·       Additional language knowledge would be consider an extra asset

·       Microsoft Office proficiency and Opera

·       Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and CRM

·       Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

·       Strong customer service orientation
