Marketing Coordinator

As a Marketing Coordinator you will…

 

1.     Administrative Tasks

 

Maintain Department Schedules:

·       Track and update the department's

·       Set up reminders for key dates, deadlines, and event-related tasks

Coordinate Departmental Communication:

·       Manage internal and external communications (email, memos, etc.) for the marketing team

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, partners, and clients

Prepare Presentations:

Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings

 

2.     Website Updates and Backend Management

 

Website Content Management:

·        Regularly review the website to ensure all content is up to date

·        Coordinate corrections and updates to website pages, ensuring accuracy (text, images, videos)

Manage Website Backend:

·        Update product/service information, promotional banners, and event details in the website backend

·        Ensure website compatibility across different devices (desktop, mobile, tablet)

 

3.     Event & PR Coordination (Music & Gastronomy Events & PR Stand-Alone Visits)

 

Event Logistics Management:

Plan and coordinate logistics for music and gastronomy events, including arrangements, and transport

Transfers and Transport Arrangements:

Coordinate & ensure logistics for performers and journalists; including airport transfers and hotel accommodations

 

Entry Requirements:

  • BSc in Marketing /PR /Communication
  • MSc in Marketing/PR /Communication /Digital Marketing / Social Media would be an asset
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Digital marketing knowledge will be considered as an asset (e.g. website back-end handling)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • team player with high level of dedication
  • Experience in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
