Sales Coordinator

(this is a job opportunity located in Athens and Santorini)

As a Sales Coordinator you will…

·        Answer client/travel agents’ questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, etc.)

·        Responsible for coordinating internally with the sales & marketing team

·        Generating reports, preparing proposals, collecting details, and coordinating with clients & suppliers

·        Gather materials and assemble information packages (e.g. brochures, promotional materials, sales demo kit, welcome kit, souvenir, etc.)

·        Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications

·        Design, upload, extract, and maintain customer databases

Entry Requirements:

·       Good computer skills (MS Office)

·       Proficiency in English

·       Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       A team player with high level of dedication

·       Experience in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
