Social Media Specialist

As a Social Media Specialist you will…
· Be responsible for all the Social Media channels of Andronis brand (incl. hotels, restaurants, spas)
· Be especially handling the IG Accounts of each Hotel or Restaurant or Spa either of the existing hotels of the brand in Santorini and Paros as well as of any upcoming hotel/restaurant to open under the Andronis brand (e.g. Milos or Tuscany)
· Be crafting all respective Social Media calendars regarding each account’s feed on a monthly basis
· Be taking care of daily Community Management of all IG Accounts handling
· Be traveling to all destinations featuring an Andronis hotel, when needed, in order to capture respective content in terms of stories/reels/posts
· Develop and execute social media strategies
· Create and share engaging content
· Optimize company pages
· Moderate user-generated content
· Analyze social data
· Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions
· Be reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and indirectly to the Marketing Manager
· Be holding a full year-round position while being located on the island of Santorini throughout the months April-October
Entry Requirements:
· Digital Marketing / Social Media / Communications knowledge/studies (BSc or MSc)
· Social Media / Digital Marketing handling experience will be strongly perceived as an added value
· Creative problem-solver with the ability to foster and develop others' ideas as well as your own
· Experience working on both large-scale and small projects in a team environment
· Excellent attention to detail and extremely organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a highly fluid environment
· Good communicator that can work easily with designers, marketing team members and hotel staff
· Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and proactive in taking on new tasks
· Pay strong attention to details and has a keen sense of follow-up and meeting of deadlines
· Degree in Hospitality, Marketing & Communications or relevant field
· Excellent English & Greek language with the ability to write and speak effectively
· Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
· Advanced technical skills, including superior Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
· EU citizenship is required
