As an HR Manager you will:

·       Execute a high-volume pre-opening recruitment strategy for all operational teams

·       Manage all labor relations, ensuring strict adherence to Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements (CCNL Turismo), work permits and employment contracts.

·       Manage payroll inputs, employee records, attendance systems and HR administration in compliance with Italian local laws.

·       Organize staff accommodation, onboarding, welfare and daily employee well-being initiatives.

·       Implement Andronis training programs (hard & soft skills) and performance evaluation frameworks.

·       Act as a trusted mediator between management and team members to promote a fair, supportive and motivating workplace.

Entry Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.

·       At least 3–5 years of experience as an HR Manager within the luxury hospitality sector.

·       Strong expertise in Italian Labour Law (CCNL Turismo), employee contracts, payroll coordination and workplace safety regulations.

·       Excellent command of English. Native or fluent in Italian will be considered an asset

·       Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

·       Strong organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
