We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Office Engineer for the Construction of the Student Halls in Crete (Rethymno) to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation of Civil/Structural/Architectural (CSA) work packages, ensuring compliance with client requirements and overall project terms
  • Conduct market research for CSA packages
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) to support project planning
  • Review engineering designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Prepare technical documentation, including certifications and reports
  • Proactively identify and address design issues in collaboration with the design team, providing effective solutions to technical challenges occurring during project execution
  • Monitor on-site progress and quality, and prepare regular progress reports for the Project Manager
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, quality standards and environmental requirements

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architect Engineering or a relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar role in Construction Industry
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
