We are looking for a highly skilled Scheduling Engineer to join our projects in Crete.

The Role: The Scheduling Engineer will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure schedules comply with project requirements, company standards, and contractual obligations
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software tools such as Primavera P6
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data, verify updates, and ensure schedule accuracy
  • Monitor project timelines and critical paths to identify risks and delays
  • Analyze schedule variances and prepare recovery or mitigation plans
  • Generate periodic progress and forecast reports for management and stakeholders
  • Support project planning, resource allocation, and cost control efforts

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven of minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • BSc in Engineering
  • Proficient in using Primavera
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of cost & resource loading  
  • Strong understanding of project planning and critical path methodology (CPM)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, confidential data handling
