We are looking for a motivated Asset Management Engineer to join our Assets & New Technologies team, managing a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and value throughout the asset lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily performance monitoring by tracking KPIs for PV, wind, and BESS assets via SCADA and reporting tools.
  • Maintain daily communication with O&M providers and technical teams to ensure operational continuity.
  • Handle contract management. Oversee compliance with O&M, land, security, and insurance agreements.
  • Identify performance deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Oversee asset lifecycle, ensuring operational readiness and availability of critical resources when required.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met across all assets, in coordination with service providers.
  • Support ESG reporting and ensure assets meet regulatory and sustainability requirements.
  • Assist with OPEX budgeting and track milestone payments.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to ensure asset condition and service quality.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical is preferred)
  • Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy, Energy Storage Systems, or Power Markets will be considered as a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in solar PV parks, wind or BESS operations or asset management
  • Familiarity with SCADA and monitoring tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software. Experience with power engineering tools (e.g., PSS/E, PVsyst) is considered as an asset
  • A strong understanding of technical operations and control processes for RES/BESS and PV systems
  • Proficiency in Greek and English, both written and oral
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication and time management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and deliver results under deadlines
  • Genuine enthusiasm for advancing a career in the renewable energy and storage industry
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel
