We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our subsidiary Aktor Equity Participations.

The AKTOR Group controls the financially healthiest and one of the strongest portfolios of PPP (Public-Private Partnership) and Concession projects in Greece, aiming to diversify its revenue and create value for its shareholders.

The Scope of the Position:

The Project Manager will oversee multiple Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects from the SPV perspective, ensuring that technical, contractual, and schedule requirements are met. The role involves coordinating with the Contracting Authority, DCC Contractor, Lender’s Technical Advisor and other stakeholders, and managing official project correspondence to maintain project progress and compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project activities from the SPV perspective, ensuring smooth execution of the project
• Draft, review and manage official correspondence with the Contracting Authority, DCC Contractor, Lender’s Technical Advisor and other stakeholders
• Prepare monthly project reports summarizing progress, issues, risks, and upcoming milestones
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and schedule requirements
• Manage and review technical documents, reports, and deliverables, maintaining precise and organized project records, including progress reports, correspondence and meeting minutes
• Identify potential issues or delays and propose corrective actions
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational challenges
• Support audits, inspections and other compliance-related activities

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in project management, project coordination, or engineering oversight, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or PPP projects
• Familiarity with project documentation, technical reports, drawings, and contract compliance
• Ability to manage correspondence and communications with public authorities or contracting parties
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and, ideally, in project management tools (e.g. Primavera)
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek language
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain professional relationships with contractors, consultants, and authorities.
