We are looking for a highly skilled Program Director to manage our Technology Transformation Program and to join our team.

The Scope of the position:

The Program Director will orchestrate our Technology Transformation roadmap, lead the technology renovation of our newly acquired companies and directly manage key projects as we undergo digital transformation across our 5 subsidiaries. This is a hands-on role for a leader who excels at both strategy and execution.

Role Profile:

As a Program Director you are expected to be a practical, "roll-up-your-sleeves" leader who balances strategic oversight with tactical execution. An excellent collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills, able to partner effectively with long-standing team members and navigate complex corporate environments. The professional holding the position is expected to be highly organized, adaptable, and results-oriented, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily management of the Technology Transformation program. Identify & resolve risks. Enforce program & project governance
• Maintain detailed project plans in Primavera EPPM, ensure plan adherence and follow a structured change management process
• Conduct quality control of project plans and deliverables. Manage program dependencies across projects. Shape scope distribution across projects to minimize project dependencies while maximizing benefit delivery.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement across all levels ensuring all key perspectives are captured and properly integrated
• Mobilize internal teams, ensuring active participation in project activities and delivery of their contributions on-time and on-quality.
• Conduct hands-on project management when needed, for strategic projects.
• Manage project portals, collaborate with external vendors and coordinate program communication

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in large‑scale technology program/project management or transformation leadership
• Proven track record delivering multi‑million‑euro programs, like SAP/ERP implementations, platform consolidations, or other digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent PM skills and proficient usage of Microsoft Project or Primavera EPPM is a prerequisite
• PMP certification will be considered an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science constitutes a strong asset.
