We are looking for a highly skilled Mining Engineer to join our team in Thessalia.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily quarry operations, including excavation, drilling and blasting activities, and internal haulage
• Develop and implement operational plans, including production schedules and resource allocation
• Manage inventory of raw materials, consumables, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels
• Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Collaborate with sales and commercial team to align production output with market demand and customer requirements
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining or Mineral Resources Engineering 
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role in quarry
• Proficient in using geological and surveying software
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Holder of a valid Category B driving license
• Blaster’s License will be considered as an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
