We are looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

 Position Scope: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Group's server infrastructure, network equipment and firewall operations, as well as user access rights across file systems and collaboration platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage, monitor and troubleshoot the Windows Server environment (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS)
• Administer user access rights on the File Server (NTFS permissions, shared folders)
• Manage SharePoint Sites – access permissions, structure and user support
• Administer users in a hybrid environment (on-premises AD & Microsoft 365 / Entra ID)
• Manage and monitor the Enterprise Firewall (rules, policies, VPN, logging)
• Administer network equipment (switches, routers, wireless infrastructure)
• Implement and monitor backup solutions (Veeam or equivalent)
• Support virtualization infrastructure (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V)
• Provide 2nd level user support and collaborate with external vendors

Job Qualifications and Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 3-5 years of prior experience in similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy
• Experience with VMware vSphere and infrastructure virtualization is desirable
• Experience managing file system permissions (NTFS, DFS)
• Experience with firewall ecosystem tools (centralized management, analytics, switching) is desirable
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online / On-Premises administration
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 admin portal
• Experience managing an Enterprise Firewall
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
• Knowledge of VPN technologies (Site-to-Site, SSL VPN)
• Experience with Veeam Backup
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-800, MS-102) or Firewall certifications will be considered an asset
