We are looking for a skilled Project Planner to join our team working on the Northern Road Axis of Crete (NRAC/BOAK) project. As a Project Planner, you will support the development and maintenance of project schedules, monitor project progress, and assist in coordinating activities.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support project planning activities through the development and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and resource plans via Oracle Primavera P6
  • Participate in monitoring project progress and coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare basic progress reports, planning updates, and project documentation to support the planning team
  • Participate in project meetings and assist in collecting progress updates from site and technical teams
  • Maintain and update planning data, trackers, and reporting tools to ensure accurate project information
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of project activities
  • Contribute to improving reporting processes and maintaining organized project planning records

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 3 years of experience in project planning or a similar role within the construction industry
  • Excellent command of Primavera and MS-Office Suite
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
