Leed Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Leed Coordinator to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensure the construction project’s full compliance with Leed or EU Taxonomy criteria
  • Collaborate with technical, engineering, and environmental teams to document and verify sustainable practices (e.g. energy efficiency, circular material use)
  • Monitor and record site – specific environmental performance indicators
  • Prepare ESG – related documentation and Leed or EU Taxonomy compliance reports

Job qualifications and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience relevant working experience (i.e., advisory/assurance/implementation of Leed procedure or/and EU Taxonomy reporting requirements)
  • Valid LEED AP or LEED Green Associate certification
  • EU Taxonomy certification or training will be considered a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of the Leed procedure or/and EU Taxonomy regulation or with a demonstrated ability to provide technical advice on alignment, eligibility, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with environmental assessments will be considered a plus·
  • Excellent organizational, reporting and analytical skills
