Order Management Coordinator

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Handling the “order-to-cash process” for serial products – recording the orders, clearing the delivery date,

  • handling of order documents, invoice creation and correction (credit, debit notes, etc.).

  •  Responsible for identification and recording of customer needs

  •  Clarification and coordination of customer requests as well as provision of a solution in coordination with

  • internal support departments (MPM, FCI, MAE, Sales, INS-SAL, etc.) and the headquarter departments (CU

  • order handling/clearing, CU logistics, etc.)

  •  Processing of SAP customer topics: order management, including samples & loan units/ obligo management /

  • turnover tax topics/ customs compliance/ supplier declarations/ complaints etc.

  •  Working with e-business solutions (customer portals, EDI)

  •  Active use of CRM especially activity management and complaints

  •  Support of the realization of valid SSU-AT sales and marketing strategies

 

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Bc in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting  or a related field

  • Strong organizational multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with customers, team members, and external partners

  • Precise and reliable 

  • Communication skills (English, basic knowledge)

  • Previous experience in order management, customer service, or logistics

  • Proficiency in order management - SAP (preferred)
