Administrative Assistant
Location: Athens
Code: ADA/25
Key responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Answering phone calls and managing electronic correspondence
- Archiving incoming and outgoing mail (both electronic and hard copy)
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems
- Providing general administrative support to management and the legal team
- Editing, typing, formatting, and proofreading documents, spreadsheets, and emails
- Making travel arrangements/bookings
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed
Required qualifications:
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience in managing both electronic and printed correspondence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Educational background in administration, secretarial studies, or a related field
