Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all building maintenance activities, ensuring schedules are adhered to and standards are met.
- Supervise on-site contractors, ensuring compliance with performance expectations, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Manage and monitor all physical security measures, ensuring a safe environment for all staff and visitors.
- Oversee fleet operations and generate regular reports on vehicle performance and maintenance.
- Assist the Infrastructure Manager with real estate projects, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Track energy, water usage, and waste management efforts, proposing actionable sustainability initiatives to optimize resources.
- Drive and implement initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and environmental impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in both English and Greek.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of health & safety practices and environmental regulations.
